We will gladly accept returns on items you are not completely satisfied with for a full refund, excluding return shipping unless the return was caused by our mistake. Please note the following exceptions to our Return & Exchange Policy:
- Returns or exchanges must be within 30 days of your receipt date
- Returned items and exchanges must have no visible signs of wear or use and original tags must still be attached
Step 1. Receive a Return Authorization Number
- Contact Customer Service team at 1-844-646-1829.

- Please be prepared with your Order Number, which can be found on your order confirmation email.
- A customer service representative will issue you a return authorization number as well as the address for your shipment.
Step 2. Returning the Items
- You can use the original package your items came in or any plain package to ship your return.
- Reference your return authorization # on the outside of the package.
- You are responsible for shipping the return items. We recommend using a carrier that will generate a tracking number. We will not be responsible for lost packages.
Step 3: Process
- Returns will be processed within 5 business days of our receipt and any applicable refund will be applied to the original payment method.
